Check in is from 2pm up to 6pm but please let us know if you wish to check in earlier.

Later check in is possible but we may charge a fee and it needs to be agreed at the time of booking.

Check out is at 11am but you're welcome to leave your bags with us if you're staying for the day.

Aviemore has a guest lounge with a licensed honesty bar where you are very welcome to sit and relax. We also have a private cinema room which is available on request.

To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of booking. A full refund will be given if you cancel your booking 7 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount if we are unable to resell the room.Any refund made may be subject to bank charges incurred by ourselves.

Although are rooms are adequately sized, they are not oversized, so if you are travelling with bigger suitcases or large amounts of luggage we would not be the most suitable place for you to stay.

The best and most convenient access to the town centre is via our garden steps, of which there are quite a few! So I'm afraid that we're not really suitable for guests with mobility or health issues.
